       The Seasons of fish – Tipicità in blue    
 

A special event, in association with Marche Region, aiming to promote the knowledge of
Adriatic Sea Fish. In the “Tradition Forge” great Italian chefs together with fishermen
will tell secrets, recipes and anecdotes of the fishing life.

world, every year a selected number of regional enlightened people is awarded with this
prestigious prize.

Comparison is the base of development and in Italian tradition is the best meeting
place. Since the beginning the “program events” of Tipicità boasts several meetings.
During these meetings Marche Region challenges an Italian and a foreign guest stars. The protagonists of this edition are Sardinia and Bavaria.
   

                                                

 

                               

 
     Stockfish without frontiers    
   
 

A 2.500 miles long journey, a 5 Centuries old history, a taste crossing many Italian
local gastronomies. The valuable stockfish, after being fished in the cold sea of the
Artic Circle, dried by sun and icy polar winds finally is served on our tables. Born as
a basic ingredient for poor food, nowadays it is an important element of the Italian
gastronomy. In Tipicità, it is celebrated in a tasty “Italian Tour of Stockfish”.

   
     Verdicchio & Co.    
   
Green is the colour of nature, wellness and Marche Region countryside, but it is also
the characterizing element of a shining jewel of the Region: the Verdicchio wine. The
“European Network of Green Wines” is a project aiming to connect territories linked by
wine shades.
The Spanish Verdejo, the Hungarian Juhfark, the French Piquepul de Pinet and the Slovenian Zelen of the Vipava Valleys.

A real wine-tasting shop proposing guided tastings of the best Marche Region wines,
managed by A.I.S. Marche.

Pizza: one word, many recipes and flavour matchings, which covers Italy and take several shapes depending on local traditions and customs. On the Tipicità great stage, the “Pizza chefs Association of Marche Region” proposes its fragrant pizzas.

 
   
     Bread and loaves    

 

The scents of the fresh-baked bread, involving old and new generations, put on stage in
this picturesque scenery, where taste and frenzy are melt together. From the fragrant
bread, made with ground-stone meal to “ciambellotto”, from biscuits to piadina, the APA
bakers offer to visitors a mix of local products.

Looks matter! Wine and food excellences of Marche Region set apart scents and tastes and became real works of art to admire. Next to the Exhibition of gastronomic products, you can find the Oil-tasting shop and the Wine Exhibition of Marche Region.
